Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Only original manuscripts that have not been previously published in any form, including publications in other languages, and that are not under consideration by other journals or other kinds of publications, may be submitted to the journal.
  • Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals or other publications is prohibited not only at the time of submission to our journal but also throughout the entire review process and after its publication in this journal.
  • Authors bear full responsibility and guarantee that the submission does not contain information with restricted access, including but not limited to state secrets, trade secrets, confidential information, personal data without the necessary consent for publication, and any other information that, according to current legislation, is not subject to disclosure. The publisher and editorial board assumes no responsibility for any violations related to the disclosure of such information.
  • If the manuscript submitted to our journal continues to develop the authors' research theme and is based on previously published works, authors are required to clearly indicate this and highlight the differences. The reuse of texts, figures, or other materials by the authors that have been published must be declared and approved by the rights holder in accordance with their licensing and copyright policies.
  • The minimum length of a manuscript, formatted according to the journal’s manuscript template, is 5 full pages.
If the sixth or any subsequent page is the final one, it must be filled to at least 75% of its content area.
  • Manuscript submission is carried out through the OJS submission panel. The corresponding author is responsible for correctly entering the information for all co-authors.

Author Guidelines

Successful publication in the journal begins with the careful preparation of the manuscript. Adhering to the guidelines increases the chances of a positive review. Remember that attention to detail and responsibility enhance your scientific reputation. By following these simple yet important steps, you will not only facilitate the publication process but also contribute to improving the quality of scientific submissions.

  • Determine the appropriate journal section for your submission based on its subject matter.
  • Select the section that best matches your research according to the provided list of disciplines.
  • Pay close attention to the formatting requirements. They must comply with the journal’s style.
  • Download the manuscript template and its annotated version with formatting comments. Using the template will simplify manuscript preparation and reduce the number of necessary revisions.
  • Prepare the manuscript layout for submission. Format the manuscript according to the requirements, ensuring all instructions and recommendations are followed. Verify that it fully complies with the journal’s guidelines.

Make your manuscript available to editors and reviewers using the submission system on our website. Before starting the submission process, we recommend preparing all necessary metadata in a separate text file according to the specifications provided in the illustrated guide. Avoid entering metadata manually from the keyboard, as this can lead to errors.
